COVID lockdowns left you feeling sluggish?  Boost your physical and mental fitness in classes specially designed by a qualified Functional Fitness and Brain Health trainer.  

Mondays 11am – 12noon: Ageing Well Exercise to maintain Physical Fitness and Brain Health.  Suitable for fit older adults, early-stage Parkinson's or other neurological conditions. All standing (but mainly moving about!)
