'Tappenings' Tap Dance 

 Mondays 7.45pm - 8.30pm Mixed level, Fast Beginner/Intermediate   

Dancing is an enjoyable way to keep fit, with music to lift the spirits.  Informal group, fun, sociable, no exams. ‘Associated Tap Dancers’ affiliated.  
£6 per week.

NEW Absolute Beginners   Mondays 7pm-7.45pm.  6 weeks £30 or £6 per week.

Both at The Meadows Community Centre, Wise Lane, West Drayton UB7 7EU.  


Tai Chi Fitness

Tuesdays 7pm—8pm
