Practised by sportsmen/women and dancers, Pilates is recommended by medical practitioners to strengthen core muscles that support the back and facilitate good posture. Learn a series of mat-work exercises for toning, flexibility, balance and stress relief. Beginner/mixed level, suits all ages. Exercise mat required.
